Andy, Simone, and Karen are very down-to-earth people who have created a very peaceful and friendly atmosphere while being able to provide the excitement of adventure with the day tours. Motleys Honeymoon Vacation in Belize

Mr. & Mrs. Motley’s honeymoon part 1!

Only 7 days but so much fun and adventure! Every day brought more delicious food and each meal about half a plateful more than is sensible to eat. Those girls can bake! Wani, I am sorry we made you walk up those stairs every night just because of the extra romance factor!
Love that swimming pool and proud of John for making it. Excellent for frolicking, giggling and splashing like the love-pup honeymooners we are! Enjoyed spotting iguanas from across the river. Asha made friends with the jaguar and taught it tricks. Bird-spotting is effortless and cool here and I am tempted to take it up but unfortunately all of our birds at home are brown and grey. Exciting night walk with Chuck Norris too!

Trips were all incredible. ATM required some fear conquering….”I am afraid of the dark & small spaces….what am I doing in a cave?” Kayaking was one of my favourite days ever. Loved the trees and Henry “super chill” Link, the feeling of gliding/bumping between those rocks. Falling out is fun too. And floating down in the water in your life jacket! Families coming down to the river in the evening to swim and laugh. Caracol was breath-taking. Gonzo manages to talk equal amounts of wisdom and total rib-poking nonsense!

Mrs. Motely is now a world authority on American celebrity gossip (2004 – 2006…she has traced every rumour, engagement, marriage and break up through the library of trashy magazines!

Karen is perfect and dealt with our silly questions and indecision brilliantly!

Andy & Simone thanks for making this place.

And of course Max….he is the all-powerful King of the Jungle Dome Castle with Phoebe as his slightly dappy but very cute Queen!

Perfect basically….thanks!

To all the Jungle Dome:

Thank you for making our vacation the most amazing experience we have yet to encounter. The trips surpassed our expectations and each was better than the last.

Our whole family enjoyed everyday ~ the friendly staff and the flexibility to adapt to the moment! Betsy will remember being a ‘cowgirl’ for years to come. I hope we’ll be able to see you all again someday. This truly is a very special place which we will cherish.

Dear Jungle Dome Staff

Thank you all for a wonderful four days. I feel like we just scratched the surface. A return may be in order. The boys loved every excursion! The discussion of which was best was very contentious. Even Grandma enjoyed everything. The horse trips were very special. We felt like we were really lost in the jungle. Zip lines, cave tubing & canoeing were also a huge hit!

Thanks to David for the botanical tour of the property. Fruit right off the tree! Thanks especially to Andy, Simone & Karen for making sure our every wish was fulfilled!

OH MY GOD! This place was amazing. The Jungle Dome had fantastic accommodations. I enjoyed every part of our room. The activities (horseback riding, kayaking, cave tubing, zip lining, Mayan ruins) were so much fun! It was incredible to do all of these things that we could never do at home. Many thanks to the phenomenal cooks who cooked so may meals.

Finally a HUGE thanks to Andy, Simone, Lucas, Karen, David, Max & Pheobe and finally Daphne & Molly for making my stay here absolutely incredible

To everyone at the Jungle Dome

Our experience here was really everything we could have hoped for. We enjoyed every minute. Everyone has made us feel welcome ~ like we were friends coming for a visit. And as I said, the boys were really hoping we could have meals like these back in the States! You have really captured a piece of paradise here.

We wish all of you the best of luck as you expand your business and your family.
And a special thanks to Karen for here knowledge and attention. We were so fortunate to have found this place.

Sincerely

Guest Comments - Sarah and Derek - Upper Bucklebury, England

Sometime in early April, I really don’t know what the date is!

And that surely is the mark of a good holiday! It’s been wonderfully relaxing here ~ our every need taken care of, every wish fulfilled. We’d love to stay longer especially to do the ATM tour but the trips we did take were superb ~ Tikal is absolutely magical and a fantastic contrast to zip lining and cave tubing! The set up and the employees here are excellent and we felt so at home. Not even Derek’s Chicken Pox could spoil it for us! Thank you all very very much for everything!

Jay and Jaspers 2006 Belize Vacation

It was even better than last year which was really great! The people really make the place. It was wonderful being cared for and guided to new explorations. Every morning was a symphony of bird songs. We saw two beautiful flowers that we had not seen before. Meals with the other guests and staff were delicious! Much appreciation and best wishes to everyone!

Stephanie Martins Belize Jungle Dome Comments

Why does a single traveler come to the middle of the Belizean Jungle? I guess the web site lured me in. There was something about that weird-looking dome. Or maybe it was the swimming pool….anyway, I didn’t really know what to expect but I was looking for some new experiences. I got them! I would recommend to everyone reading this to do a cave tubing trip and to climb to the top of a Mayan Temple…or even 4 or 5! Next time I will take the ATM trip now that I know it is not about getting money from a machine!

Special thanks to Karen for her daily juggling acts, carried out with grace and a smile and to Gonzo for sharing a part of his homeland with me. And of course…thanks to Max, goodwill ambassador and all-around happy-go-lucky dog!
