New Package 14 Nights Mexico / Belize / Guatemala

Arrive in Cancun and then on Merida. This beautiful colonial settlement was founded in 1542 by the Spanish and has many buildings crafted with stone from the Mayan ruins. Followed by a Daytrip to the 'yellow city' of Izamal and then on to the Ría Celestún Biosphere Reserve, home to more than 500 plant species and over 300 species of bird - seven of which are found nowhere else in the world!

Chitzen Itza. The most popular Mayan ruin site in Mexico, Chitzen Itza, is considered by many to be the highlight of a visit to the Yucatan.

Think ‘National Geographic meets Disney’ at Xcaret - this eco-archeological theme park has it all! The Yucatan’s rich Mayan history and beautiful tropical lagoon ecology make for an entertaining and educating day out.

Leave Mexico and cross to Belize, before flying out to Ambergris Caye one of Belizes sun-soaked tropical islands. Swim with Nurse Sharks, visit the Manatees, relax on the beach and enjoy the laid back lifestyle.

The next 4 days are at our Private Jungle Lodge, the Belize Jungle Dome, set in the Cayo District of Belize. From this base you will explore Tikal (in Guatemala), Tube through Cave systems, Kayak through Jungle Rivers and see Monkeys, Crocodiles, Parrots, Lizards, Snakes and many more exotic animals.

The last 2 Nights are spent on the fantastic beaches of Tulum. A visit to the ancient Mayan site of Tulum is also included.

Another of Belizes native animals that passed by the Belize Jungle Dome. This time it's a Boa Constrictor Snake. Perfectly harmless to humans, with serrated teeth to capture its prey before squishing the little rodents. With a dedicated and knowledgable staff, we put this snake back into the bush after the picture.

The Belize Jungle Dome kitchen staff, Tella, Nora and Wani with a Pygmy Owl, which we let loose after this picture.

Had a fabulous time in the Belize Jungle Dome. Cave Tubing and kayaking were my favorites in addition to the wonderful food and friendly staff. Will certainly miss the dinner ready for us every night at 6:00 pm and a great breakfast to start the morning. Thanks again for everything!

What a wonderful spot for a family vacation. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and the food was fantastic! We had a great time.

This has been one of the best travel experiences we have ever had. The food was terrific and the entire staff was friendly. This trip has exceeded our expectations and we would love to come back to go visit the places we didn’t have time for. Next time though I wouldn’t mind NOT having such a close encounter with a frog!

We can’t thank the Jungle Dome team enough for our incredible honeymoon here at the Dome. We left our families in Pittsburgh to find a new one here in Belize full of cheer, advice and good wishes. We couldn’t have imagined a better welcome and introduction to Belize and all its tremendous offerings.

Actun Tunich Muknal, Black Hole Drop and Tikal Mayan Temples all provided strenuous activity for the brain and the body thanks to the expertise of Gonzo and team. We recovered quickly each night with the help of great food and fun. A special thanks to Karen, Andy & Simone for all the great advice as we start our new life together. We will carry all of you with us as we go!

The Belize Jungle Dome is surrounded by the calls of nature. Here one of our guests Colette gets to grips with a Boa (Snake) that passed our way.
