Belize Real Estate - Up and coming Destination for a Second Home
Belize boasts many attractions for adventurous Americans. It's less than two hours from Miami, has wonderful archeological sites, marvelous forests with spectacular biological diversity and white coral sand beaches. It's also the only primarily English speaking country in Central America.
Belize is culturally diverse, with a native population of Mayan Indians, Creole (African and European), Mestizo (native American and European), Garifuna (African and Caribbean Indian), as well as a substantial population of Mennonite farmers from the Netherlands and Germany. There are also Middle Easterners and South and East Asians........

Belize Guest Comments from Audrey Cundari & Susan Hudson, North Carolina, USA
We’re excited about our beach time in San Pedro but the Jungle Dome alone truly made this a vacation of a lifetime for us. It is certainly going to be difficult to return to the mundane life of a college student after this experience. We wish you all the best and hope to come visit again in the future.

Belize Guest Comments from Selena and Alex Granitto, Waterbury, USA
The staff will help you with anything you need. The schedule was also very flexible. My brother wanted to get a tattoo in town so we had to shuffle a couple of things around to accommodate him, which was ‘no problem’. I think aside from the excellent staff, what sets the Jungle Dome apart from other accommodations in the area is the accommodations (air conditioning and wireless internet) and the family-style atmosphere. We really got to interact with the other guests which made for very enjoyable evenings.
We were only here for 4 nights but we packed in a lot of trips. Highlights included the Belize Zoo (great close up view of all the animals) zip-lining and the ruins at Tikal. My brother especially enjoyed our ½ day horseback ride trip. Also we didn’t do the ATM cave but heard from other guests that it was incredible.
Well, we hope you enjoy your stay…..We sure did!

This experience far exceeded any and all expectations!!! The sense of security, family, and the openness of everyone we met was just fantastic!! If anyone ever wants to experience Belize, I am recommending they book their trip with you!!! What more can I say? This has been an adventure that this family will never forget. The Jungle Dome has accommodated for all our family which range in age from 6 to 45 years old. All 5 of us have loved it here for many reasons. We loved all the adventures that we took this week. The horseback riding with Kim, Miguel and Cesar was awesome. The blue hole was cold but a beautiful and fun experience. The zip lining was out of this world. It was a blast! It was scary at first but after you never wanted to leave. The cave tubing was a relaxing ride. The zoo was also awesome because we saw amazing animals and fed a few. Our guide was knowledgeable and fun. The trip to Guatemala and Tikal temples was super. The drive was bump and long but it was well worth it. Barton Creek was unbelievable. The canoe ride was slow and the things we saw were amazing. The waterfall was beautiful and fun to swim near. The people that helped us were superb. Tella, Nora & Wani cooked the best meals ever. David and Karen were fun to talk to and kept us on schedule.
We had a blast and hope to come back soon. We really thank the Jungle Dome for making our vacation the best one ever!

Thank you for your hospitality. We enjoyed our Jungle Dome experience tremendously. The staff are super friendly and the food was excellent. Karen did a great job communicating with us through the planning process and during our stay she was very accommodating. The tours were also memorable as were the guides, they are very professional and courteous. We also enjoyed Max’s company, he’s adorable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Belize Temple to Temple Biking Race
Following the path of the ancient Mayans more than one and a half thousand years ago, Temple to Temple is the world’s first bike race/tour linking the great temples of Lubaantun to Caracol, Belize.
The course lasts 7 Days following a grueling 750km, encompassing a mental and physical journey through a magical corner of the world that’s rich in ecology, culture, and history.
Karen has been sponsored by the Belize Jungle Dome to enter the race, plus she is taking the opportunity to use this physical endeavour to raise money for the Jaden Foundation, our charity in Belize aiding children to get a better education.
Anyone interested in Sponsoring Karen can email her at Karen@greendragonbelize.com.
